These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Lauclothingeverysize (hereinafter "we" or "seller") and our customers (hereinafter "you" or "customer") concluded via our online shop Lauclothingeverysize for the product categories shoes, clothing, bags, accessories, furniture, and home accessories.
2. Conclusion of Contract
- By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods.
- The contract is only concluded with our shipping confirmation by email or upon delivery of the goods.
- We reserve the right to reject orders without giving reasons (e.g., in the event of errors in the offer or delivery bottlenecks).
3. Prices & Payment Terms
- All prices are quoted in dollar ($) and include VAT, plus shipping costs.
- Payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, purchase on account (after credit check), advance payment.
- In the event of late payment, default interest (5% above the base interest rate) and dunning fees ($5) may apply.
4. Delivery & Shipping
- Standard delivery time: 2–5 business days (USA), 3–10 business days (EU).
- Shipping costs:
- USA: $4.90 (free for orders over $50).
- EU: $9.90 (free for orders over $100).
- The risk of accidental loss passes to you upon handover to the shipping service provider.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Return
- You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods.
- The return must be received by us within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
- Free returns: Use our returns portal for a prepaid return label (USA only).
- Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Hygiene products (e.g., socks, underwear).
6. Warranty & Guarantee
- The statutory warranty period is 24 months from delivery.
- Manufacturer warranties remain unaffected (see product description).
- In case of defects: Contact us at [email protected] for an exchange, repair, or refund.
7. Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be passed on to unauthorized third parties.
8. Severability Clause
